The app analyzes photos using artificial intelligence to provide information about possible object types, historical context, and estimated value insights.

Why am I seeing a paywall?

The app allows a limited number of free antique scans. After the free scans are used, you can subscribe to continue using unlimited scans.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple ID.

To manage your subscription:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone

  2. Tap your Apple ID

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Select AntiqSnap Antique Identifier

You can cancel or modify your subscription there.

I purchased a subscription but the app still shows premium locked

Try restoring your purchases inside the app:

  • Open the app

  • Go to the paywall or premium screen

  • Tap Restore Purchases

If the issue continues, please contact support.

The app didn't correctly identify my antique

Antique identification is powered by AI and may not always be perfectly accurate. We continuously improve the system to provide better results over time.
